We're looking for a Director, Channel Partnerships, who will be responsible for building ASAPP's Channel Partnership Strategy and accountable for its successful execution. Partnerships will contribute significantly to our growth strategy in 2025 and beyond, complementing ASAPP's existing Sales & Delivery teams. The Director will report to the VP, Head of Partnerships and Business Operations, manage relationships with existing channel partners, source new strategic partners, and be supported by our Partner Manager.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute channel strategy that delivers measurable pipeline and revenue
- Recruit strategic partners through effective sourcing, vetting, and negotiation
- Create streamlined partner onboarding and enablement processes with playbooks and joint marketing materials
- Establish certification and training programs for channel partners
- Manage stakeholder relationships across customers, prospects and partners, developing co-selling/co-marketing opportunities
- Developing and refining high-level integration architecture between ASAPP & channel partners
- Translate ASAPP's technical capabilities into compelling partner value propositions
- Align channel strategy with company-wide objectives and OKRs
- Forecast, maintain and close channel-sourced revenue pipeline
- Define and track KPIs to measure channel program performance
- Represent ASAPP at industry events and partner conferences
What you'll need
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS Partnerships within Enterprise and/or Contact Center space (AI/ML experience preferred)
- Proven success navigating complex partner ecosystems (integrators, consultancies, resellers)
- Track record of executing strategic vision to achieve revenue targets
- Experience scaling partner programs from early-stage to maturity
- Strong negotiation skills with understanding of legal and compliance considerations
- Executive-level presentation and public speaking abilities
- Established network of relevant partnerships, especially with emerging technologies and major marketplaces
- Leadership skills with ability to drive cross-functional change
- Collaborative approach working with Engineering, Product, Finance, Marketing and Sales
- Financial modeling and experience with PRM/CRM tools preferred
