The Internal Solutions team is looking for a leader to maintain and thoughtfully scale our internal Business Systems, own internal technology strategy and development roadmaps, and manage a team of Systems Administrators, Developers, and Analysts. We are looking for a candidate with prior management experience and one that is comfortable leading a technical team in fast paced environments. This role is expected to provide strategic guidance and clear priorities as it relates to all systems and tools within the function.


In this role you will be responsible for the overall design and build of our Salesforce system and the many integrated systems. Today, this includes sales software such as Docusign CLM, Salesloft, Gong, Cognism, and LI Sales Navigator. This also includes client success software including Zendesk, AskNicely, and Smartsheet. The tech stack under management may expand or shrink over time. This role will need to have a player-coach mentality, and be willing to jump into the details for all relevant systems. They will ultimately be responsible for the successful integration, support, and enhancements of all centrally owned Business Systems tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and holistic guidance on all tools and connectivity within the Go-To-Market systems ecosystem; quickly becoming the go-to resource for questions on functionality and capabilities
  • Partner with key stakeholders to craft and drive MI's business systems architecture to ensure business processes, integrations, and functionality deliver a seamless and scalable end user experience
  • Advocate and implement best practices for our CRM along with all integrated tools, keeping data governance and field accuracy top of mind
  • Lead and develop a highly effective Business Systems team, with the right blend of technical resources and trained subject matter experts to deliver business needs
  • Oversee and enhance all aspects of the Business Systems operations and management, including prioritization for sprints, resource allocation, feature enhancements, and major project roll-outs
  • Help drive end-user adoption and enthusiasm around the functionality of all integrated tools, ensuring they are fitting our evolving business requirements and we are realizing the returns on the investment 
  • Interface directly with executive management and business partners across the organization to drive conversations on prioritization and implementation needs
  • Clearly communicate and present key initiatives, successes, and areas of improvement across the team’s various efforts

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience working with GTM systems, as an end-user or owner
  • Hands-on Technical Administration and/or Development experience for a B2B firm
  • Prior experience managing a remote team of both technical and non-technical resources
  • Hands-on experience assessing and integrating 3rd party applications
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and ongoing operating models
  • Experience presenting complex concepts to executive audiences
  • Preferred: direct experience with one or several; Gong, Docusign CLM, Salesloft, Marketo, etc.
  • Preferred: Background in Technology Consulting

The base pay range for this position is $190,000-$220,000/year, which can include additional bonus depending on the position ultimately offered, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
