The Director of Business Operations for the Supply Chain Consulting division will lead operational excellence across hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, project pricing compliance, project margin improvement, and utilization contractor management. The Director will work closely with the new Deal Desk, the RCG managers and Regional Heads to ensure consistency across all parts of Consulting. This role is pivotal in supporting the division’s growth and ensuring scalable, efficient operations for a team of approximately 70 FTEs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • - Collaborate with HR and Talent teams to lead SCC staff recruitment, onboarding and staffing processes for junior consultants.
  • - Work within wider consulting team to align, develop and manage performance frameworks and career progression plans.
  • - Lead and build out our India SCC delivery team
  • - Ensure compliance with project pricing guidance and improve project margins.
  • - Monitor and optimise consultant utilisation across SCC engagements.
  • - Oversee client contracting and invoicing workflows.
  • - Manage contractor onboarding, compliance, and performance.
  • - Develop, in conjunction with other groups,  operational dashboards and reports for leadership insights.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance and Sales enablement to ensure company wide consistency
