We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Solutions Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities focused on Shopify Plus. The ideal candidate has a strong background in solution selling, a deep understanding of the Shopify Plus ecosystem, and connections with brand leaders and technology partners. They must understand the customer journey and how research, strategic planning, design, and creative execution contribute to business growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, a consultative approach, and a passion for helping ecommerce brands scale. The candidate will show how our solutions enhance the customer journey, demonstrating how insights, design, creative, content, engineering and growth strategies create tangible results for our clients

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation and Strategic Sales: This role demands a focus on driving new business and revenue growth through strategic sales execution. You'll craft and implement sales strategies, manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, and consistently exceed targets.
  • Client Relationship Management and Consulting: Building strong client relationships is key. As a trusted advisor, you'll understand client needs, align them with services, and cultivate partnerships with brands and platforms. Strong communication and rapport are vital.
  • Ecommerce and Platform Expertise: Deep Shopify Plus and ecommerce knowledge is crucial. You'll provide tailored solutions, stay ahead of trends, and offer strategic guidance to prospects, translating technical insights into client value.
  • Internal Collaboration and Project Handoff: Seamless handoffs require strong internal collaboration. You'll work closely with teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction, emphasizing clear communication and problem-solving.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • 3+ years of experience selling with Shopify Plus, either partner side at Shopify, ISV, SI or Agency
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the ecommerce partner ecosystem and industry trends.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Existing network of brand leaders, ecommerce platforms, and technology providers is a plus.

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.  
  • Experience with agencies specializing in Shopify/Adobe Commerce.  
  • Existing relationships with Shopify/Adobe Commerce representatives.  
  • Some Technical understanding of website development and ecommerce architecture. 
  • Some understanding of customer Journey and how strategic services of research, strategy and design effect the growth process of the brands we work with
  • Experience in pitching, proposals, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.  
  • Familiarity with the Shopify Plus digital agency and partner landscape.
