Location:  New York or Goleta, CA - Hybrid

The Role

The Director of Brand Marketing, North America will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that inspire consumers, amplify brand storytelling, and drive business impact. This role is responsible for ensuring strategic planning, channel-specific rigor, and executional excellence across all brand marketing initiatives in the region.  

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, North America, this leader will oversee a team spanning Integrated Marketing, PR, Experiences, and Men’s Marketing, ensuring that all efforts ladder up to a cohesive brand vision. They will act as a key strategic partner to cross-functional teams, driving alignment between brand, commercial, and consumer objectives.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • 1. Integrated Marketing & Campaign Execution Oversee the development and execution of compelling, insight-driven, cross functional brand campaigns across all consumer touchpoints in North America, ensuring timely and impactful delivery. 
  • 2. PR, Communications & Experiences Lead regional PR, communications, and experiential strategies in North America to reinforce brand heat, cultural credibility, and deepen consumer connection. 
  • 3. Category Growth Drive awareness, engagement, and growth within the specific strategic category through tailored storytelling, partnerships, and retail strategies. 
  • 4. Performance & Optimization: Define and track key KPIs, analyze marketing effectiveness, and stay ahead of consumer trends to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.

  • Team player with strong leaderships skills and the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within the fashion or footwear space.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, retail, social, influencer, experiential, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, industry trends, and category insights.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work with cross functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting and ROI analysis.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing external partners and agencies.

$190,000 - $200,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
