The Role 
We’re looking for a Director, Brand & Creative who thrives at the intersection of brand, storytelling, and business strategy. In this pivotal role, you will support the continued leadership and brand awareness for Outreach as the undisputed leader as an AI revenue workflow platform. You will lead the creative vision across all brand touch points, guiding a talented team of designers to produce compelling, high-impact work that breaks through a crowded market. 

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll be a key partner in shaping how the world experiences Outreach — from brand campaigns to events to digital experiences. You bring creative leadership, operational rigor, and a desire to roll up your sleeves when needed. As the creative function grows, this role could expand to include additional responsibilities such as content strategy and development. 

Location: Open to remote within the US.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

  • Brand Leadership: Evolve and maintain a modern, cohesive brand identity that reflects Outreach’s vision, values, and category leadership.  
  • Creative Strategy: Translate business and marketing objectives into creative strategies that inspire, engage, and drive measurable impact.  
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a culture of curiosity, excellence, and accountability.  
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand, communications, product marketing, demand generation, and executive teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life.  
  • Campaign Development: Oversee end-to-end creative development across integrated marketing efforts — including web, video, social, events, and customer communications.  
  • Creative Operations:Establish scalable processes, tools, and workflows to support a fast-moving, high-performing marketing team.  
  • Vendor Management: Manage agency and freelance partnerships as needed to expand capacity or fill specialty gaps.  
  • Strategic Alignment and Growth:Effectively align team goals with business needs, identifying gaps and scaling the team strategically to support evolving priorities and growth. 
  • Competitive Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements, and design innovations to keep the brand’s creative work relevant and engaging.  Leverage AI to improve efficiency and creativity.

Our Vision of You:

  • A seasoned creative leader with 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years leading in-house or agency teams (B2B tech experience highly preferred).  
  • A strategic thinker with a strong designand copy background and a portfolio that showcases world-class brand work and campaign development.  
  • A natural team builder and mentor who knows how to elevate others while maintaininghigh standards.  
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing creativity with clarity, and adapting in a growing organization. 
  • Exceptional messaging and presentation skills 
  • Ability to build relationships and influence outside of authority to align, leverage information, expertise, and resources  
  • Results and metrics-driven with a growth mindset  
  • Able to go from high level, strategic conversations to diving into execution details when needed 
  • Experience marketing to sales organizations preferred, but not required.   
  • Skilled at giving and receiving feedback, and equally confident pitching to peers or executives.  
  • Experience working in SaaS, B2B tech, or enterprise software is a plus.

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $190,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
