We started Everyday Dose because too many people run on habits that run them into the ground. (Coffee, we’re looking at you). Nothing matters more than what we put in our bodies. It shapes how we think, feel, and show up, every day. But we’re not here just to point fingers. We’re here to offer more.

Coffee is a ritual that could never be replaced. So we didn’t replace it, we remastered it: Same notes. Bigger orchestra. More harmony. We kept what we loved: the taste, the warmth, the lift. Then we added more.

And now? No crash. No jitters. No angry gut. Just the energy and focus that coffee promised, plus a bunch more benefits. Everyday Dose is coffee that does more, so you can too. Whether you’re going hard or just getting by, we make sure every sip counts.

We’re building a new kind of content engine. One that reflects the soul of our brand and the daily lives of the people we serve. That’s where you come in.

We’re hiring a Director of Content to lead the development and execution of our content strategy across YouTube, social, paid media, email, website, and beyond. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll be responsible for building a best-in-class content studio from the ground up—managing a team of creators, editors, and strategists to turn ideas into high-performing assets that drive brand love and business results.

You live and breathe content. You know YouTube like the back of your hand. You can talk algorithms, thumbnails, retention curves, and editing rhythms in your sleep. But you also get the bigger picture—how content works across the full funnel, and how it can deepen emotional connection to a brand.

RequirementsContent Leadership
  • Own the holistic content strategy across all brand channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, Website, Email, Retail Screens, CTV, and more)
  • Architect a world-class content studio—processes, pipelines, playbooks, and team structure
  • Develop and evolve our content calendar in collaboration with Brand, Growth, and Product team
YouTube Expertise
  • Lead and grow our YouTube presence with original episodic content, brand storytelling, creator collaborations, and SEO-optimized strategy
  • Oversee scripting, shooting, editing, publishing, and performance analysis of all YouTube content
  • Build systems for ideation and testing that optimize for watch time, engagement, and subscriber growth
Team & Production Oversight
  • Hire and manage in-house creators, editors, and freelancers; oversee all stages of content production from concept through delivery
  • Develop scalable creative systems that allow us to produce content quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Collaborate with Growth and Paid Media teams to adapt organic content into high-performing paid assets
Performance & Optimization
  • Define KPIs across organic and paid content; report on performance with insights and creative recommendations
  • Maintain a test-and-learn culture, with a focus on storytelling, retention, and audience value
  • Leverage trends, audience feedback, and platform changes to evolve our content roadmap
You Might Be a Fit If You…
  • Have 5–10+ years of content strategy and production experience—ideally in a DTC or high-growth consumer brand
  • Have deep YouTube knowledge—algorithms, formats, retention tactics, community building, and monetization
  • Are obsessed with creative execution and building systems that scale
  • Have managed multi-disciplinary creative teams and content production workflows (in-house and freelance)
  • Know how to translate brand positioning and strategy into assets that drive performance and loyalty
  • Are a clear communicator, creative thinker, and low-ego collaborator
  • Have an eye for talent and a finger on the pulse of creators, trends, and culture
Bonus Points
  • Background in journalism, video production, or performance marketing
  • Experience working with a fast growing YouTube channel or a fast-growing content-first brand
  • Experience working in CPG or wellness
  • Familiarity with paid content strategy and creative testing
  • You’ve built a content studio or video-first brand from the ground up

Benefits
  • Competitive salary + performance-based bonus
  • Equity opportunities
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Remote flexibility
  • Access to the best functional coffee on the planet

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
