About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking an innovative, strategic, and results-driven Director of Alliances Technology to lead the transformation of digital experiences across our global partner ecosystem. This role is accountable for driving and executing the technology strategy that powers our partner portal, MSSP operations, and alliance-driven demand-to-cash processes. You will own the end-to-end partner technology journey - from onboarding and enablement to CPQ (quoting) and ordering. Ensuring the experience is seamless and scalable.
As a leader in this space, you will be responsible for architecting and driving a seamless partner journey across Salesforce, CPQ tools, and partner-facing integrations. You will ensure these platforms support a scalable, intelligent, and frictionless experience for distributors, MSSPs, and technology alliance partners. Collaborating closely with GTM (Go-to-Market) stakeholders, product, and engineering teams, you'll ensure the technology roadmap is aligned with alliance growth strategies.
This is a high-impact role requiring a combination of technical depth, product strategy, and partner empathy. You’ll lead key initiatives that streamline partner engagement & satisfaction, enable channel revenue growth, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the Partner Technology Vision and Roadmap: Define and execute a strategic multi-year roadmap for partner-facing technologies including the partner portal, Demand-to-Cash, and integrations with Salesforce to support scalable alliances growth.
Own End-to-End Technology Enablement: Oversee the design and delivery of systems that enable onboarding, quoting, ordering, and reporting for alliance partners, MSSPs, and distributors, with a focus on automation and touch-less experiences via APIs.
Deliver more Partner commerce technology solutions using Automation to allow MSSP’s, Distributors, Market Place Provisioners to allow touch-less ordering, and provisioning.
Drive User-Centric Partner Experiences: Collaborate with internal GTM, sales, and alliance leadership to deliver partner technology solutions that align with business goals and enhance usability, efficiency and quantifiable improvements.
Optimize Partner Workflows: Ensure Lead-to-Cash configurations are optimized for partner-specific pricing, bundling, and transaction types, while integrating seamlessly with the broader GTM application ecosystem.
Leverage Data and AI for Insights: Enable data-driven decision-making by incorporating analytics and AI into partner experiences—for forecasting, opportunity insights, and workflow automation; define and track KPIs related to partner engagement, deal velocity, and operational efficiency.
Ensure Compliance and Governance: Establish scalable controls and compliance frameworks for managing external partner access to sensitive systems and data.
Drive Operational Excellence: Lead a cross-functional team responsible for platform operations, enhancements, and support related to partner and alliance systems.
Collaborate with senior leaders across IT, Sales, Alliances, Marketing, Product & Engineering, and others to drive alignment and adoption.
What You’ll Need:
10+ years of experience in enterprise applications and GTM technologies with a focus on partner ecosystems, Demand-to-Cash, custom development and integrations.
Proven experience with API and Integration Platforms: Strong knowledge of implementing partner-facing APIs for automation and B2B interactions.
Channel and Partner Expertise: Experience supporting MSSPs, OEMs, distributors, and technology alliances in a B2B enterprise SaaS environment.
Deep understanding of Salesforce and Partner Portals: Proven ability to architect, deploy, and optimize solutions that support partner engagement, quoting, and transactions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to align technology initiatives with business outcomes, drive stakeholder alignment, and deliver high-impact results.
Results-Driven Mindset: A track record of delivering measurable improvements in partner satisfaction, deal velocity, and platform adoption.
Superior written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent documentation.
