  • Oversee the AI education calendar including lunch and learns, speaker series, role-based learning paths, and topical sessions, partnering with learning and development on delivery infrastructure
  • Operate as a service function to partner organizations, triaging and prioritizing AI-related requests while maintaining predictable capacity commitments that enable partners to plan with confidence
  • Partner with corporate communications on brand alignment for AI content and external messaging, and with organizational change management on internal change communications tied to AI tool launches
  • Maintain working relationships with business unit leaders, SPOCs, and change ambassadors across Parexel, serving as the AI subject-matter authority in cross-functional forums
  • Lead and develop a team responsible for adoption liaison, translation, and education programming, building AI fluency and translation capabilities over time

  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
