They will lead a team of product owners and specialists, guiding them to develop cross-functional designs and build any current or new products within this space. The Manager will execute a strategic vision for their area and be a thoughtful and experienced leader, responsible for defining and prioritizing requirements. They will also be able to communicate our business partners' strategic vision in a planned product roadmap. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
- Team Building & Mentorship: As the team leader, you will be responsible for guiding team members, setting strategy and product deliverables, and monitoring progress towards those goals.
- Product Management: Develop and lead a long-term vision and strategy across all products, define and maintain product roadmaps and product integration strategy, and balance internal requirements with client requests and priorities.
- Cross-functional Influence: Engage with multiple clients, business units, and internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into product features and capabilities for internal development by our engineering partners.
- Communication: Create and present documentation to external and internal business partners where necessary, execute periodic product demos and walk-throughs for client product teams and internal leadership, and take a leadership role in leading a team of product owners and specialists.
Conversational Agents (AI Product Focus):
- End-to-End Product Development: Lead the development of AI agents, from concept and design through implementation, ensuring they are scalable, adaptive, and aligned with business objectives.
- Client-Centric Design: Partner with client-facing teams to understand customer use cases, ensuring that conversational agents meet the needs of both external customers and internal stakeholders. Focus on enhancing user engagement, self-service capabilities, and operational efficiency.
- Scalability & Global Integration: Ensure the deployment of AI agents at scale, across different regions, languages, and customer touchpoints.
AI Platform (AI Product Focus):
- AI Democratization: Lead the development of self-service AI tools that enable different teams to leverage AI for their use cases without needing deep technical expertise
- KPIs & Performance Measurement: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI products. Use data insights to inform ongoing product development and business strategy.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
- 10+ years of related professional experience with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present the results with attention to detail and accuracy.
- 5+ years of product management experience in media and marketing measurement, gathering client requirements, writing product and/or technical specifications, working with development teams, and managing product roadmaps as well as launches.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven expertise in developing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture
- Understanding of ML lifecycle, Feature engineering, model drift, A/B testing, retraining
- Analytical skills to present to create analyses that tell a "story" focused on insights and data
- Understanding and ability to deliver trend and data analytics, ability to provide meaningful analysis
- Ability to gather and comprehend requirements and challenges across all levels of the business which can be assisted by data analytics
- Ability to convey complex technical issues internally to both technical and non-technical individuals
- Experience with AWS, Snowflake SQL, and Tableau
Desired Characteristics:
- Strong understanding of AI, LLM's, NLP, machine learning algorithms, and big data analytics.
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms, cloud services, and analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- Deep understanding of data-driven decision-making processes and experience in implementing advanced analytics models that inform business strategy.
- Expertise in the SDLC process, with a focus on scoping, iteration planning, user story and acceptance criteria writing, rollout management.
- Experience with systems integration, data governance, and security compliance
- Experience with Agile methodology and project management tool such as Jira
