What you’ll do:
Strategy & Vision
- Drive strategic initiatives from inception, translating complex market insights and data into actionable growth plans that shape the company's future
- Conduct rigorous analysis and synthesize disparate information to inform critical decisions, presenting compelling, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
- Provide thought leadership and strategic oversight for designated business units, identifying innovative pathways and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
Operational Execution
- Lead the end-to-end execution of complex cross-functional initiatives, from detailed workplan development and disciplined progress tracking to proactive stakeholder communication
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations for assigned business units, meticulously identifying efficiencies, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring seamless workflow
Team & Stakeholder Leadership
- Cultivate collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams, including Traffic, Distribution, and Product, to achieve shared objectives and foster a cohesive work environment
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional working groups, effectively communicating complex information to diverse audiences and fostering a shared understanding
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams to successfully execute strategic and operational initiatives, empowering team members and building a culture of accountability
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in a highly quantitative or analytical field; MBA preferred
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting
- 2+ years of professional work experience at a technology company is highly preferred
- Demonstrated high ownership, achievement drive, and a growth mindset
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong program management abilities, including planning and driving execution
- People-oriented leader with proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
