Sabre is a technology company that powers the global travel industry. By leveraging next-generation technology, we create global technology solutions that take on the biggest opportunities and solve the most complex challenges in travel.

Positioned at the center of the travel, we shape the future by offering innovative advancements that pave the way for a more connected and seamless ecosystem as we power mobile apps, online travel sites, airline and hotel reservation networks, travel agent terminals, and scores of other solutions.

Simply put, we connect people with moments that matter.

Director of Ad/Media SolutionsWe are building next-generation digital media products that connect travel brands with the right audience across the booking journey. As our Director of Ad/Media Solutions, you will define and lead the roadmap for a suite of media capabilities enabling targeted campaigns to buyers and agents across the travel ecosystem and new revenue opportunities for platforms used to service travel demand generation. You’ll combine your experience in travel distribution, digital media, and affiliate program administration to create solutions that drive a measurable impact for our partners and relevant targeted experiences for travelers and travel buyers. What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with the travel ecosystem: Work closely with TMCs, OBTs, loyalty/ travel redemption platforms, and other traveler and travel buyers facing digital media to find opportunities for supply-side partners and travel media buyers to reach their desired audiences creating mutual benefit and monetizable capabilities. Identify high-intent traveler moments across these channels to place display ads, sponsored listings, or personalized promotional placements that support supplier objectives such as brand visibility, ancillary upsell or booking incentives.
    • Define & execute ad/media solutions strategy: Lead vision, prioritization, and validation of the effectiveness of new digital media capabilities aligned with commercial goals, market insights, and user needs. This includes programmatic media integrations, contextual targeting, and native advertising formats that align with traveler personas and stages of the booking journey.
    • Deliver traveler/travel buyer-centric media value: Use a measure-learn-apply loop to continuously refine offerings based on user feedback, measured media performance, and partner insights. Champion the use of first-party travel data, including search and booking intent signals, to power more relevant targeting, content curation, and ad personalization.
    • Drive cross-functional execution: Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to bring innovative media products to market — balancing short-term delivery priorities with long-term platform evolution. Collaborate with cloud and data engineering teams to ensure scalable access to curated datasets for ad decisioning, performance analytics, and real-time campaign targeting.
  • Own performance metrics: Define and analyze KPIs and use data to steer optimization and growth strategies. Metrics may include CTR, conversion uplift, ROAS, and partner satisfaction, tailored for different formats such as video ads, interactive banners, or sponsored hotel placements.

    • Travel distribution (e.g., GDS, OTA, TMC, or B2B travel platforms or on the supply side with distribution or marketing technology experience).
    • Experience with programmatic ad ecosystems including DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs — ideally with hands-on exposure to campaign setup, targeting logic, or yield optimization.
    • Familiarity with monetization strategies such as inventory-based ad sales, dynamic sponsored listings, contextual display, and promotional content partnerships.
  • Experience working on cross-platform products (web, mobile, API-based platforms).
  • Demonstrated use of data and experimentation to guide product strategy and decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — especially across technical and commercial teams and in partner-facing roles.
Bonus Points For:
