The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with hands-on leadership, a people-first mindset, and a proven ability to drive process improvement and manage teams across multiple locations. Success requires delivering timely and accurate results under tight deadlines and competing priorities while serving as a genuine team player and collaborative partner across the finance organization. This position reports to an operationally engaged VP, Accounting.

  • Review account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information; improve accounting reconciliation workflows, reporting flows, and close timelines across a complex, multi-entity organization

  • Maintain an effective internal control environment across all areas of responsibility; lead control documentation assessment and remediation efforts to strengthen processes, systems, and controls within a complex, multi-entity structure

Process Excellence
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls within the accounting function

  • Establish, document, and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards
