The Director, Access Strategy - Rezurock will serve as a strategic leader responsible for defining, developing, and communicating comprehensive access strategies that improve patient access to Rezurock across national/regional payers, institutions, and channel customers. This role requires a strategic communicator who can translate complex market access concepts into compelling value propositions while leading cross-functional initiatives and providing indirect leadership to field teams.

The successful candidate will leverage deep portfolio expertise and managed markets experience to build integrated market access strategies aligned with brand objectives. This position demands exceptional communication skills to articulate strategy across diverse stakeholder groups and the ability to influence without direct authority to drive organizational alignment and execution.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Transplant Access Strategy and Provider Accounts, providing strategic support and operational excellence to advance the broader transplant portfolio objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and articulate short and long-term access strategies, ensuring clear communication of strategic rationale, objectives, and success metrics across all stakeholder groups.

  • Develop comprehensive market access strategy frameworks that integrate payer insights, competitive intelligence, and brand positioning to optimize patient access.

  • Create and deliver strategic presentations and communications to leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.

  • Lead the development of compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks that demonstrate Rezurock's clinical and economic value to diverse payer audiences.

  • Partner with HEVA/RWE teams to translate clinical evidence into accessible value communications and market access tools.

  • Design and implement communication strategies that effectively convey complex pricing, contracting, and access information to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Serve as the primary access strategy liaison across Marketing, Market Access Shared Services, HEVA/RWE, manufacturing, logistics, and field sales teams to ensure coordinated strategy execution.

  • Lead cross-functional strategy sessions and working groups to align on access priorities, resolve strategic challenges, and optimize resource allocation.

  • Facilitate strategic decision-making processes by providing access expertise and market insights to inform brand strategy and tactical execution.

  • Provide strategic direction and support to field-based teams to enhance their ability to communicate access strategies and overcome market access barriers.

  • Develop field enablement tools, training materials, and strategic guidance to empower teams in patient access discussions.

  • Monitor field feedback and market intelligence to continuously refine access strategies and communication approaches.

  • Serve as a key strategic advisor to the Senior Director, providing analytical support, strategic recommendations, and operational execution for transplant portfolio initiatives.

  • Represent the transplant team in cross-functional meetings and strategic discussions as needed.

  • Support portfolio-level strategic planning and decision-making processes through comprehensive market access analysis and recommendations.

  • Monitor marketplace dynamics, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic planning and tactical adjustments.

  • Generate actionable customer insights through systematic analysis of payer trends, policy changes, and market access challenges.

  • Partner with global market access teams to ensure alignment on strategy development and share best practices across markets.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.

  • Minimum of 7 + years’ relevant professional experience including market access, health economics, pricing & reimbursement.

  • 7 + years’ experience at local and/or international level w/ knowledge of US and Global market access & payer environment.

  • Proven experience in strategy development and communication across complex organizational structures.

  • Knowledge of disease market access is desirable, but other backgrounds are welcomed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives within matrix organizations without direct reporting authority.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with proven ability to translate complex strategies into clear, actionable communications.

  • Strong track record of developing and delivering compelling value propositions and strategic presentations to diverse audiences.

  • Experience in indirect leadership and field team enablement.

  • Ability to synthesize complex business problems into strategic solutions and communicate recommendations effectively across all organizational levels.

The salary range for this position is:

$178,500.00 - $257,833.33
