This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.

The Solutions Architect will be key in crafting, deploying, and refining enterprise-level solutions across Power Platform, Azure, and Dataverse. This position is part of the Digital Workplace Experience (DWE) team, a horizontal enabler in IT passionate about improving employee efficiency, collaboration, and engagement via digital tools and platforms. The ideal candidate combines technical architecture skills with business analysis to transform business needs into scalable, secure, and user-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Build & Architecture

  • Architect end-to-end solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents), Azure services, and Dataverse.

  • Lead technical build sessions and document architectural decisions, integration patterns, and data flows.

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and consistent with enterprise governance and compliance standards.
     

Platform Ownership & Enablement

  • Act as a domain expert for Power Platform and Azure functionalities within the DWE team.

  • Collaborate with technical and security teams to define standards, manage environments, and enforce DLP policies.

  • Support internal enablement through training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
     

Business Analysis & Collaborator

  • Engagement Partner with business units to capture requirements, analyze workflows, and identify automation opportunities.

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical builds.

  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), feedback loops, and continuous improvement cycles.
     

Governance & Best Practices

  • Participate in creating governance frameworks for Power Platform usage.

  • Promote adoption of standard methodologies for solution development, lifecycle management, and data stewardship.
     

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Know the latest with Microsoft ecosystem updates and new technologies.

  • Find opportunities to improve user experience, streamline operations, and drive digital transformation.
     

Preferred Certifications

· PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Designer

· PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Programmer

· PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Specialist

· Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Salary Range

$120,000.00 - $180,000.00

This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
