About CodeRabbit

CodeRabbit is an innovative research and development company focused on building extraordinarily productive human-machine collaboration systems. Our primary goal is to create the next generation of Gen AI-driven code reviewers: a symbiotic partnership between humans and advanced algorithms that significantly outperforms individual engineers. We combine language models with human ingenuity to push the boundaries of software development efficiency and quality.

Role Overview

As a Scaled Success Program Manager at CodeRabbit, you will partner with engineering leaders and developers to help them fully realize the power of our AI-assisted code review and developer productivity platform. You will act as both a strategic advisor and a technical advocate, ensuring every customer achieves measurable improvements in velocity, code quality, and developer experience.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role at the intersection of AI, software engineering, developer relations, and success management. You will drive adoption, guide customers through digital transformation initiatives, and help engineering teams translate data and insights into tangible productivity gains.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create, launch, and optimize customer programs (e.g., email nurturing campaigns, in-app guides, webinar programs) that drive product value and success at scale.

  2. Develop methods and analytics to monitor customer health scores, usage trends, and engagement metrics to identify risks or opportunities for growth.

  3. Drive sustained platform adoption and scaled customer success through proactive engagement, digital campaigns, and strategic check-ins.

  4. Deliver engaging enablement sessions, workshops, and scaled success programs to ensure ongoing customer value realization.

  5. Understand engineering goals, processes, and KPIs for scaled customers — from code review efficiency to pull request throughput to quality metrics.

  6. Collaborate with GTM and Product Management colleagues to drive renewals and account expansion through clear success narratives and data-backed outcomes.

  7. Serve as the voice of the scaled customer across GTM, Product Management, and Engineering teams to ensure user needs inform company priorities.

  8. Provide structured feedback to improve user experience, documentation, and onboarding workflows.

  9. Partner with Marketing to contribute customer stories, success metrics, and thought leadership around developer productivity.

  10. Identify efficiency gaps and implement automation to streamline customer-facing and internal processes.

Qualifications

Great candidates often have these qualifications:

  1. 5+ years in Customer Success, Developer Relations, or Technical Account Management within a SaaS or developer tools company.

  2. Strong technical foundation — comfortable discussing CI/CD pipelines, version control (GitHub, GitLab), and software engineering metrics.

  3. Familiarity with AI tools and their application in modern software engineering workflows.

  4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to speak fluently to both engineers and executives.

  5. Data-driven mindset — capable of turning platform analytics into strategic recommendations.

Our Values
  1. Collaborative Humans: Prioritizing collective intelligence

  2. Fearless Innovators: Turning obstacles into growth opportunities

  3. Persistent Passionate Developers: Thriving on complex, long-term challenges

  4. Impact-Driven Creators: Crafting intuitive tools for developers

  5. Rapid Learners and Un-learners: Adapting quickly in our fast-paced technological world

What We Offer
  1. Work on cutting-edge technology with real-world impact

  2. Collaborative and innovative environment

  3. Competitive salary, equity, and benefits

  4. Professional development opportunities

To apply, please submit your resume. CodeRabbit is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.

Base pay range for this role is $125k-250k. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location.
