The Associate Director acts as a global program manager, guiding strategic DD&T initiatives and championing digital innovation, automation, and organizational change within Takeda's Quality functions.
How you will contribute:
- Collaborate with DD&T Leads and Global Quality stakeholders to support digital roadmap development across GQ functions
- Identify and prioritize high-value digital demands by compiling and analyzing input from across the organization
- Stay current with market trends and innovations relevant to Global Quality
Promote the adoption of existing digital technologies to automate and streamline processes - Lead cross-functional teams in delivering digital transformation programs and building key capabilities
- Oversee project financials, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Coach DD&T and GQ teams on effective project management within the digital transformation portfolio
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, influencing decisions with data-driven insights
What you bring to Takeda:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in systems or business-related fields
- 5+ years of experience applying information systems solutions to business challenges
- Strong leadership background with 5+ years in project or team management
- Solid understanding of digital platforms relevant to pharma (e.g., Data Analytics, RPA, IoT)
- Experience in manufacturing, process, and pharmaceutical industries
- Skilled in Agile, Scrum, Change Management, and end-to-end project execution
- Capacity to translate business needs into actionable data and analytics solutions, including AI and machine learning applications
- Proven leadership with strong communication, change management, and influencing skills across cross-functional teams
- Results-driven and hands-on, delivering digital roadmaps under pressure with resilience, autonomy, and strategic focus
- Fluent English
