How You Will Contribute
- Product Leadership: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with technology, data, and business partners to translate needs into impactful solutions.
- Delivery Excellence: Prioritize features, manage backlogs, and oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle-from MVP to market scale.
- Performance Monitoring: Use KPIs, OKRs, and analytics to measure success, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Agile Collaboration: Lead and participate in key Agile ceremonies, ensuring commitments are met and high-quality product increments are delivered.
- Team Development: Mentor Product Owners, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and customer focus.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Technical/Natural Sciences, or equivalent.
- Significant experience in digital product management, ideally in regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
- Proven success in delivering strategic product initiatives from concept to market adoption.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins), and software development best practices.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery in complex, global environments.
