About the job

The NewRich Network is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing company.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at NewRich Network, you’ll manage multiple accounts (we work on multiple e-commerce projects here) and work to improve campaign performance to achieve positive ROI. You must be data-driven and use a combination of technology, problem-solving, psychology—and now social media engagement—to make online paid advertising profitable.

You’ll take ownership of tasks related to successfully managing our digital marketing campaigns, including social media management. Over time, you’ll gain experience in all aspects of account management and—with proven performance—move into a more senior-level role.

Your Tasks Will Include
  • Manage and execute digital marketing projects from start to finish
  • Own and deliver effective campaign marketing for designated products and web properties in alignment with the requirements and acquisition strategy of the organization.
  • Develop marketing plans and strategies to support achievement of customer acquisition goals.
  • Manage keywords and site placements.
  • Review daily ad spend, revenue, and campaign activities.
  • Create ad messaging for Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
  • Analyze existing ads and make strategic recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage monthly Google Ads and Meta ad budgets.
  • Track and report on account performance daily, weekly, and monthly, as needed.
  • Identify opportunities and create strategic plans to improve web property visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Plan and schedule posts, manage accounts, reply to DMs and comments to foster engagement, and ensure brand consistency across channels.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute approved marketing plan activities including collateral development and distribution; programmatic marketing; content marketing; webinars; social media; advertising and others.
  • Lead the development of effective, strategic messaging that resonates with prospective customers.
  • Perform market research as required for audience segmentation and identification of promotional channels.
  • Implement and continue refining our existing marketing strategy for creating and promoting product funnels and webinars—while delivering maximum value to end users.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust plans and tactics based upon collected metrics; contribute to the creation of ROI reports.
  • Maintain project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution of programs with reporting and tracking of leads; consult and collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define requirements and expected results.
  • Lead the development of externally facing materials across the programs: presentations, collateral, success stories, website landing pages, and other materials as required.
You’re a Good Fit If You
  • REALLY love digital marketing campaigns—and you get a buzz from executing and scaling successful campaigns that generate WICKED ROI.
  • Have a passion for all things digital marketing and social media-related.
  • Have the ability to work independently and yet welcome oversight and feedback.
  • Enjoy continual learning and are readily adaptable to change.
  • Are comfortable engaging with followers, answering questions, and maintaining a consistent brand voice on social media.
Requirements
  • Execute and manage campaigns across the Google and Meta ecosystems.
  • Analyze data, optimize campaign performance, and determine key success factors for creatives (images, videos, etc.) to drive higher revenue.
  • Generate weekly reports and explain each marketing decision and campaign result.
  • Gather data and information on consumers, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish social media posts. Reply to comments and direct messages to build strong relationships and improve customer engagement.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Digital Marketing Specialist at an e-commerce or other tech company.
  • 3 years of experience running paid ad campaigns with Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
  • 2 years of experience using the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) or similar.
  • Deep knowledge of managing social, display, and programmatic platforms (YouTube, Google Display Network, Yahoo Gemini, Meta, etc.).
  • Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items while effectively managing changing priorities.
  • $2,000+ per day spend experience on YouTube & Google Display Network.
  • $1,000+ per day spend experience on Google Adwords (search).
  • Or experience day-trading and looking for a new opportunity to apply that skillset.

This is a full-time position for an expert Google Display Network & YouTube Media Buyer in the eCommerce & Business Development space. It will involve a base salary and a bonus based on performance, set after a 90-day probationary period.

Benefits
  • Competitive Compensation
  • Remote Flexibility: Fully remote work, flexible hours, generous PTO and sick leave
  • Startup Impact: Small, agile team where your voice matters and you can shape the product and architecture
  • Growth & Innovation: Work with a modern tech stack, fast career growth opportunities, and no micromanagement
  • Team Culture: Annual company retreat, collaborative and supportive environment
