We are looking for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Specialist CRM-Email to join our team. As a key member of the marketing operations department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing email campaigns that promote our products and services.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and understands the industry's best practices related to campaign and email development and deployment. The candidate is easy to do business with, agile, can manage multiple projects at the same time, meet goals, and work with multiple stakeholders. This person can explain best practices for campaign journeys, manage the development and implementation of campaigns and overarching changes to the SFMC to improve campaign results, and think creatively to solve problems. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving email traffic, engagement, acquiring leads/customers and driving retention.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns that align with the division's business objectives. This includes creating, partnering with Product/Brand Marketing on the design for engaging email templates, and scheduling email sends to maximize reach and impact.
  • Manage and optimize email content to ensure it is relevant, engaging, and aligned with the brand's voice. This involves optimizing key messages with compelling copy and using A/B testing to refine content for better performance.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of email marketing initiatives by utilizing data analytics tools. Use insights from these reports to inform and adjust strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand/product marketing and digital marketing counterparts. This collaboration ensures that all email communications are cohesive and support overall marketing goals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, particularly in email marketing. This includes researching new tools, techniques, and best practices to keep the company's email marketing efforts innovative and effective.
  • Manage all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including template design, subscriber segmentation, and performance analysis. This comprehensive management ensures that campaigns are well-organized and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Assist in the development of broader marketing strategies and plans by providing insights and recommendations based on email marketing performance. This contribution helps shape the overall marketing approach and supports business growth.

Who You Are/ Qualifications
Minimum:
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 4 years' experience in a related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing, preferably email or related roles.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Monday.com or other tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred:
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

USD 49,200.00 - 73,800.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $49,200.00 - $73,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
