Job Description

· The right resource would help with clarifying complex business strategy such that my technical product requirements are accurately written and flexible for required degrees of business freedom. The content knowledge would ideally be around campaign management/CRM/complex algorithms. The team would spend time ‘embedded’ in our ExtraCare team such that they could fully understand the strategy/goals/directions of the team, conduct workshops to distill business requirements, and then translate that knowledge into technical requirements.

· Teradata CIM experience (Customer Interaction Manager) – Must have

· Experience with designing backend systems which enable highly personalized communications (e.g. specific deals or offers) which are delivered across and optimized between multiple channels (e.g., email, app, in-store, etc.)

· Help with clarifying complex business strategy such that my technical product requirements are accurately written and flexible for required degrees of business freedom. The content knowledge would ideally be around campaign management/CRM/complex algorithms. The team would spend time ‘embedded’ in Client Loyalty programs team such that they could fully understand the strategy/goals/directions of the team, conduct workshops to distill business requirements, and then translate that knowledge into technical requirements
