Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies that directly support revenue growth, patient acquisition, and retention goals.
- Customer Journey Design & Optimization
- Assist customers in crafting personalized, end-to-end patient journeys.
- Ensure marketing initiatives maximize conversions and long-term patient retention.
- Continuously refine campaigns to align with evolving healthcare consumer behaviors.
- Quality & Strategic Delivery
- Oversee the digital team to ensure all deliverables are high-quality, timely, and impactful.
- Lead QA processes to guarantee accuracy, compliance, and consistency across campaigns.
- Use data insights to shape strategies and pivot quickly where needed, with 100% focus on measurable growth outcomes.
- Customer Advocacy & Purpose

- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing proactive recommendations and strategic support.

- 5+ years of experience in marketing management, digital marketing, or customer growth roles (healthcare experience strongly preferred).
- Previous digital marketing experience is required; agency-side experience is a huge bonus.
- Proven ability to drive measurable growth through multi-channel campaigns and journey design.
- Strong background in marketing analytics, QA, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of building trust with clients.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance startup environment with autonomy.
