We are seeking a data-driven, creative, and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead the execution and optimization of our performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is perfect for someone with deep hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, landing page optimization, and marketing analytics. You will be responsible for the full funnel—from ad creative direction and media management to post-click experience and attribution—driving measurable results in a high-growth environment.
This role is a hybrid position and will require this person to work in the Boston office 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Search Ads, LinkedIn Ads, 6sense Display Ads, and Influ2.
- Own retargeting strategies to re-engage high-intent audiences across digital touchpoints.
Creative & Messaging Strategy
- Lead creative direction for all advertising assets, including display banners, video ads, and sponsored content.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and performance-optimized assets.
Landing Page Optimization
- Build and A/B test WordPress landing pages, driving continuous improvements in conversion rates.
- Ensure landing page experiences align with audience targeting and campaign goals.
Analytics & Attribution
- Setting up campaign programs within Marketo, monitor and analyze campaign performance using Native Platforms, Google Analytics, Salesforce (SFDC), and Marketo.
- Build reports and dashboards to translate performance into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Manage UTMs and track performance through the funnel—from click to MQL to closed-won.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, demand generation, and content teams to align campaign objectives and support revenue goals.
Provide guidance on media spend allocation based on ROI, funnel impact, and support account-based marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Search, LinkedIn, and Display, and Retarging.
- Strong expertise in WordPress, including creating and A/B testing landing pages.
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel paid campaigns with measurable results.
- Deep knowledge of marketing analytics platforms: Google Analytics, Salesforce (SFDC), and Marketo.
- Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS or tech environment preferred.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience executing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Hands-on experience with 6sense and Influ2 platforms.
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks (e.g., multivariate, incremental lift).
Understanding of the full marketing funnel and how paid media supports pipeline acceleration and revenue growth..
