moozoom is looking for an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. If you are passionate about digital marketing strategies and want to contribute to mental health education for K-8 students, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive traffic, engagement and conversions. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand awareness and reaching educators and students in need of our mental health resources.
Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage email marketing and digital marketing Ads campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies for better ROI.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with our audience.
- Collaborate with product to build in-product features and workflows to improve user acquisition, activation and retention.
- Manage and grow our social media channels, increasing audience engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with content to create engaging blog articles and other SEO related initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the EdTech sector.
- Work closely with the Revenue Operations Manager to fine-tune lead generation processes and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the EdTech.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creative content creation.
- Experience in managing social media campaigns and growing online communities.
- A passion for education and mental health, with a commitment to supporting K-12 initiatives.
