JOB SUMMARY: The Digital Marketing Manager serves as a cross-functional leader within Claritev's marketing organization, responsible for planning, developing, and implementing digital marketing strategies to advance Claritev's digital ecosystem. This role partners with leaders across departments to create and implement robust and comprehensive digital programs that help transform the digital customer experience and align digital marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and revenue growth. This role will support directing and executing the company's digital marketing initiatives at both strategic and tactical levels, requiring a strong command of marketing technology, data-driven optimization, and emerging digital trends.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, analytical, and innovative--capable of balancing creativity with performance, and able to translate complex digital strategies into measurable business outcomes.
 
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Full-Funnel Optimization: Manage and optimize integrated campaigns across search, social, display, email, ABM, and affiliate channels to drive acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
2. Lead Generation: Partner with marketing operations and web on lead scoring, nurture flows, segmentation, assignment into Salesforce to optimize lead acquisition and conversion.
3. Budget & Mix Management: Drive investment and marketplace mix strategies, leveraging data insights to optimize ROI
4. Audience Planning & Targeting: Lead segmentation, audience strategy, and alignment across paid media platforms to ensure effective and orchestrated targeting.
5. Performance Optimization & Analysis: Establish, track, analyze, and report on program performance, leveraging insights to optimize channel strategies to align results with business goals.
6. Vendor/Agency Management: Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies/vendors/media partners. Oversight of campaigns and digital execution.
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
7. Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to manage and optimize Claritev's digital channels ensuring a cohesive experience across the corporate website, paid/organic social media, and digital advertising.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content, creative, and messaging with marketing and business objectives. Distribute content through appropriate digital channels to increase brand visibility, amplify engagement and thought leadership, and drive revenue growth.
9. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve ROI and inform future strategies.
10. Lead marketing campaign initiatives to support the sales funnel.
11. Establish KPIs and proper analytics capabilities across tools, implement reporting dashboards, monitor campaign and digital marketing performance, and use analytics to drive data-informed decision-making and optimization.
12. Stay current on emerging platforms, marketing technologies, and AI tools to drive continuous innovation..
13. Track feedback and monitor industry trends to ensure relevancy, measure performance and adjust marketing accordingly.
14. Lead relationships with external agencies, media vendors, and technology partners to ensure seamless execution and ROI of digital marketing budget.
15. Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and brand standards, including HIPAA and PHI requirements.
16. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members and serve as a strategic advisor within the digital marketing function.
JOB SCOPE: This role has enterprise-wide impact and requires strategic thinking, digital fluency, and leadership across digital disciplines. This role works under general supervision with latitude and discretion to make choices within standard parameters as well as to assess and recommend alternatives in absence of such parameters. The Digital Marketing Manager influences Claritev's brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue pipeline, serving as a critical connector between marketing strategy and digital execution. The incumbent possesses and applies a general range of knowledge of practices and procedures within the field to complete job responsibilities. The incumbent has latitude to review decisions and actions of less experienced staff to ensure accuracy in work outputs due to the impacts to revenues and company image.
Preferred Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
* 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven leadership in multi-channel campaign management and strategy.
* Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field.
* Experience overseeing affiliate/partner marketing programs and vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance management, and contract terms with demonstrated success in driving acquisition goals.
* Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Suite, DemandBase, Salesforce, and analytics platforms.Experience utilizing LTV models to drive value-based bidding.
* Experience utilizing ABM strategies to drive lead generation through paid and non-paid efforts.
* Experience managing digital budgets, vendor partnerships, and performance optimization.
* Exceptional knowledge of sales, marketing, and multi-channel campaign orchestration, with strong understanding of B2B and B2C buyer journeys.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and manage competing priorities.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights into strategy.
* Excellent people skills with the ability to effectively manage relationships in a dynamic marketing organization and work well in cross-functional teams. Demonstrated experience applying AI and marketing automation to enhance efficiency and engagement.
* Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, working under pressures and deadlines to complete assigned tasks.
* Excellent project management, project leadership, cross functional collaboration skills, and time management experience required. Proficient in the use of project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
* Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone.
 
The salary range for this position is 90K-110K annually. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
