Are you a digital marketing leader with a passion for Google Ads at scale, B2B SaaS growth, and delivering measurable, high-quality results? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Director to own and optimize multi-million-dollar paid media programs across the US, APAC, and EMEA—driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, and influencing revenue. This is an incredible opportunity to have a direct impact on our growth in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the Digital Marketing Director, you’ll be at the helm of our paid digital advertising strategy, optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, social media, display networks, and more. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless lead flow, pipeline generation, and increased revenue. From managing a multi-million-dollar budget to fine-tuning Google Ads campaigns, you’ll use your expertise to make data-driven, quality-first optimizations that deliver real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Campaign Execution: Actively manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across US, APAC, and EMEA, along with Bing, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other paid media channels, to drive qualified leads and sales pipeline growth.
- Budget Ownership: Take full ownership of a multi-million dollar paid media budget, making strategic allocation and spend decisions to maximize ROI and prioritize quality over quantity.
- Collaborative Leadership: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals, pipeline targets, and regional nuances.
- Optimize & Iterate: Continuously review performance data, test improvements, and make successful, data-backed tweaks—from adjusting bids to refining ad copy and landing pages. Its about quality, not quantity.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce to analyze campaign performance and recommend adjustments for continued optimization.
- Hands-On Execution: Get into the details of campaign management, including editing ads in Photoshop, updating landing pages, and adjusting bids in real-time to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Experiment & Innovate: Run demand generation experiments, test emerging channels, and incorporate AI-driven search and SEO innovations into campaigns.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with Google Ads updates, AI’s impact on search, evolving SEO practices, and emerging paid social opportunities.
- Measure & Report: Track KPIs (MQL, SQL, ROI) and present actionable insights to leadership to inform future campaigns and customer journey improvements.
- Lead with Insights: Provide feedback to leadership on audience targeting, messaging, and multi-channel integration to drive better conversions.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Deep Google Ads Expertise: You’re not just familiar with Google Ads – you’re a hands-on expert who’s run large-scale, high-performance search campaigns and is comfortable optimizing in real-time.
- Proven Hands-On Experience: You’ve managed paid media campaigns directly, optimized landing pages, and made real-time adjustments to campaigns.
- Strategic Marketing Mindset: You understand the entire marketing funnel – from ad creation to website interactions, through to CRM and reporting.
- Proven Leadership: You’ve set and executed on strategic marketing goals, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Data-Driven & Results-Oriented: You love diving into the numbers, testing campaigns, and making data-backed decisions to improve outcomes.
- Innovation Mindset: Comfortably tests and implements AI and SEO advancements to gain competitive advantage.
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and clearly present performance insights.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SEM, demand generation, and paid digital marketing roles, with a strong focus on Google Ads and other paid media channels in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record managing substantial digital advertising budgets and executing multi-region campaigns.
- Expertise in multi-channel campaign optimization, A/B testing, bid management, and landing page conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with AI’s impact on search, emerging digital marketing technologies, and evolving SEO/SEM trends.
- Strong knowledge of full-funnel marketing strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders and executing both strategy and real-time tactical updates.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot certifications preferred.
