Five9 is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent college graduate who is eager to start a career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience in webinar production. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and support Five9’s live and simu-live webinars, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
As part of the Demand Generation team, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing high-impact virtual experiences to our prospects, customers, and partners. This is an excellent opportunity to develop technical, project management, and digital communication skills in a fast-paced, innovative cloud contact center environment. You will also collaborate with team members to execute integrated campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Webinar Production & Execution
- Own the end-to-end logistics of live and simu-live webinars.
- Manage the webinar setup, configuration, registration links, rehearsal scheduling, and live event support.
- Act as host/moderator during live sessions to ensure technical success.
- Marketing Operations & Communications
- Coordinate and deploy email invitations, registration confirmations, and reminder emails via marketing automation platforms (Marketo).
- Collaborate with marketing managers to align messaging, creative assets, and target audience segmentation.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure timely asset delivery and accurate promotion timelines.
- Maintain a comprehensive production calendar for upcoming webinars.
- Post-Webinar Tasks
- Publish recordings and post-event assets to Five9.
- Track and analyze webinar performance metrics and generate post-event reports for internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience (internships or campus leadership roles are a plus).
- Familiarity with Zoom Webinar and/or similar video conferencing tools.
- Basic understanding of email marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new platforms and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-friendly environment.
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Experience hosting or supporting virtual events (e.g., webinars, online trainings, campus activities).
- Exposure to B2B marketing, digital advertising, or SaaS environments.
- Graphic design or video editing experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.

Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
