Digital Leads Marketing Manager (Mortgage)
Remote | Performance-Driven | High-Impact Role

MiLEND is looking for a hands-on Digital Leads Manager who knows how to generate real mortgage leads—not just clicks and impressions.

This role owns the top of the funnel. Success is measured by one key metric:
Cost per Funded Loan (CPF)

If you’ve successfully run paid campaigns in the mortgage space and know how to turn ad spend into funded deals, this role offers the autonomy and budget to scale.

What You’ll Do
• Build and manage lead generation across Paid Social (Meta), Google (Search & Display), SEO, and affiliate/partner channels
• Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns based on performance
• Reduce cost per lead while improving lead quality
• Partner closely with sales and marketing to ensure strong conversion from lead to close
• Collaborate with compliance to ensure all campaigns meet regulatory standards
• Identify and launch new scalable lead channels

What Success Looks Like
• Reduce cost per lead by 20%+
• Improve overall cost per funded loan
• Build scalable, repeatable lead generation channels
• Deliver consistent, high-quality lead volume to the sales team

What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of mortgage lead generation experience
• Proven track record managing paid campaigns that drive funded loans
• Strong understanding of paid social, Google Ads, and funnel optimization
• Ability to balance lead quality vs. volume
• Experience working in compliance-heavy environments
• Self-starter who can operate independently and move quickly

Why This Role is Different
• Direct impact on revenue
• Autonomy to test, learn, and scale what works
• Direct access to leadership—no layers
• Real budget and ability to move fast

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive base salary + performance bonus
• Bonus tied directly to CPF improvement and lead performance
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k)
• PTO + paid holidays
• Short- and long-term disability
• Flexible hybrid/remote work environment
• Above-industry pay and a strong earning structure

If you know how to generate mortgage leads that actually close—and want the freedom to move fast and make an impact—this is your lane.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)

  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
