The Role

We are seeking a versatile and creative Digital Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about designing compelling, conversion-driven digital content. You’ll be responsible for creating high-impact visual assets across a range of digital channels, including eCommerce product listings (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) to digital ads and organic social media posts. We’re seeking someone with a sharp design eye, strong digital instincts, and a solid understanding of visual storytelling in the eCommerce and performance marketing space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Design
    • Design engaging visual content for Amazon and other eCommerce listings (A+ content, store pages, product detail pages) digital ads (static and animated), and organic social media
    • Develop creative assets optimized for performance marketing across various platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
    • Apply best practices in layout, typography, color, and image optimization for desktop, mobile, and tablet formats
    • Create A/B testing variants to continually improve design performance based on data insights
    • Explore and incorporate AI-powered tools (e.g., for image enhancement, ideation, or automation) to improve workflow efficiency and creative experimentation
    • Ensure design quality and consistency across all creative outputs, aligned with brand guidelines and digital best practices
  • Motion Design
    • Develop motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Premiere
    • Craft storyboards and animated assets to support broader brand storytelling initiatives
  • Collaborative Design Systems
    • Work in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to build scalable design systems and reusable templates
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, copy, eCommerce, and product teams to bring campaigns to life
    • Prepare final assets in proper formats for digital use (RGB, optimized PPI, compression, file types, etc.)
    • Occasionally contribute to non-digital creative needs such as packaging design, print layouts, presentation decks, or trade booth graphics as needed
  • Software Proficiency Expectations
    • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
    • Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere
    • Familiarity with assets specs and best practices for digital platforms, especially Amazon and social channels

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional digital design experience, ideally with a focus on eCommerce, paid media, or social content
  • A strong portfolio showcasing excellence in digital design across a range of platforms and devices (portfolio link required)
  • Solid grasp of design fundamentals: layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing, and color
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter mentality with strong attention to detail and accountability
  • Collaborative, curious, and motivated by performance and results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Amazon content creation (A+ content, stores, PDPs) is a strong plus
  • Background in consumer goods or performance marketing environments preferred
  • Experience creating design variants for testing and data-driven creative optimization
  • Interest or experience in using AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation, upscaling, prompt-driven image generation) in a design workflow
  • Comfortable adapting brand systems and creating assets at scale

Note: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design is required. Please include a link to your portfolio with your application.
