We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Digital Demand Generation Manager to lead the development and execution of digital demand generation programs for the Americas region. In this role, you will drive campaigns and initiatives that generate quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), accelerate Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) conversion, and contribute directly to pipeline growth. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, SDRs, Marketing, and Operations to align on goals, ensure flawless execution, and optimize performance.

This role requires a strong blend of hands-on digital marketing skills, lead generation expertise, and the ability to engage technical audiences. The ideal candidate will run multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social, display, syndication, and ABA platforms—while understanding how to monitor the performance of programs to optimize MQL-to-SAL progression and Marketing sourced pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation programs across paid digital (paid search, paid social, display, retargeting), content syndication, and publisher programs to drive new pipeline.
  • Design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) programs tailored to high-value target accounts and strategic segments, leveraging personalized content, digital tactics, direct mail, and coordinated outreach.
  • Build email nurture programs that guide prospects through the buyer journey, accelerate lead qualification, and support pipeline conversion through behavior-based triggers.
  • Work with Portfolio Marketing to leverage global assets, messaging, and campaigns, adapting them for the Americas market.
  • Partner with Marketing leaders, Sales leaders, and SDRs to understand pipeline needs and conversion trends, ensuring marketing campaigns align with target accounts and segments.
  • Support field activities and regional events with digital amplification and follow-up campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign and channel performance daily/weekly; adjust tactics to improve conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure proper lead flow, scoring, routing, and reporting of programs.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including MQL volume & quality, SAL conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Use data to provide actionable insights, optimize campaigns, and inform future planning.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Proven success in creating and managing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and measurable ROI.
  •  Experience working closely with Sales, SDRs and Regional Marketing teams and understanding of the sales funnel, lead qualification, and pipeline metrics.
  • Product Marketing/writing skills

Skills:

  • Ability to understand cybersecurity solutions and translate technical capabilities into compelling messaging focused on pain points, use cases, and solution value for both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels and platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, display, retargeting, ABA), content syndication, and lead nurturing tactics.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, Sisense), and ABA platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling marketing messages.
  • Proficient in the use of data to inform marketing decisions and drive continuous improvement.

 Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing marketing budgets and working cross-functionally.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.

 Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)

  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
