Job Description
Our goal is to provide best in class online shopping experience to our consumers through data-driven decision making. The Digital Demand Forecasting & Planning Analyst will be the key enabler of data for the team and organization. This role will be part of the Digital Analytics team within Global Marketing Advanced Analytics and will focus on delivering best-in-class forecasting and demand planning insights to the DTC team. You will be responsible for creating and driving forecast generation at the channel and product level, provide budget recommendations, and impact marketing spend pacing.

Key responsibilities of the role:
- Analyze historical sales trends at the product and channel level, along with marketing data to determine appropriate demand forecasting levels for the DTC business.
- Create forecast for marketing channels to ensure delivery of topline target and provide media budget/flighting recommendations.
- Work cross-functionally with demand planners from other channels to develop cohesive product level forecasting for the DTC channel.
- Quantifying the impact of pricing and promotions on consumer demand to inform future projections.
Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of forecasting and demand planning experience
- Experience working with ecommerce/DTC data, a plus
- Expert in SQL and Excel (forecast modeling experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of delivering analytical insights that influence key business decisions.
- Experience understanding and quantifying impacts of marketing spend and/or pricing on consumer demand is a plus.
