This position will report to the Manager of Digital Custom Experience Operations.  In this role, you will collaborate and successfully partner with all members of the Converse by You GTM team.  Additionally, this role will work closely with Product Merchandising, Product Management, factory partners, and Nike By You Operations teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Global Digital Custom Experience Operations Specialist to support the Converse by You business.  This role is responsible for creating and delivering a premium and seamless digital consumer journey for Custom product.

The candidate should have a deep understanding of operational excellence including the ability to easily adapt to new systems and tools.  In addition, this person should demonstrate strong data integrity skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work based on seasonal dates and gates.  The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering premium consumer experiences and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • 2+ years relevant work experience.  E-commerce and/or Footwear experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new operating systems and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business, Geography teams, and technical IT teams.
  • Self-motivated, detailed, organized and deadline-focused, with a proven track record to handle several tasks with varying priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player who demonstrates a positive demeanour even during times of change.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will work on the Global CBY GTM team supporting the Converse by You business.  A typical day/week involves creating consumer journeys leveraging premium imagery assets that are provided to you from the Imaging team to build the consumer journey in the backend system.  Digital journeys will follow the product logic documents detailing the desired experience for the consumer from our Product Merchandising partners.

If this is you, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating consumer journeys using our builder creation tool that will deliver a premium and seamless digital experience.
  • Collaboration with image editors and product creation teams to align on and execute the consumer journey in digital format.
  • Establishing builder formats for consumer choice questions to help drive consistency in how journeys are created and how data is sent to analyze trends based on consumer purchases.
  • Leveraging consumer data insights to inform builder configuration that will provide an elevated experience.
  • Be proactive in sharing new and innovative ways to create and elevate the consumer journey.
  • Lead testing efforts with Product Merch and factory operations to ensure accuracy in the digital consumer journey taking feedback and adjusting as needed.
  • Managing your time and workload against the seasonal dates and gates calendar, all while delivering high quality work.
