Job Description: • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives and enhancements. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technical teams to translate requirements into functional solutions. • Manage and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring successful delivery of projects. • Develop test scenarios, test cases, and support defect tracking and resolution throughout the testing lifecycle. • Create, maintain, and analyze reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and business outcomes. • Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including customer journeys, email campaigns, and audience segmentation. • Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and status updates to ensure project alignment. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and user adoption. • Prepare business and functional documentation, training materials, and support users during deployment and post-production phases."
