Travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.

  • Hands-on experience in the implementation of Oracle Risk Management, working closely with senior team members to ensure successful delivery.

  • Drive requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment activities.

  • Develop functional setups, run data loads, and support integration testing.

  • Partner with clients to design future-state business process and functional solution design.

  • Execute or oversee the execution of configuration, testing, and training.

  • Partner with technical teams to guide design and testing of conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions.

  • Supervise junior staff, directing day-to-day execution and coaching/developing their consulting and technical skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.

  • 5-7 years of experience in analyzing requirements, maintaining functional documentation, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users.

  • At least 3 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud, including at least 1 implementation of Risk Management.

  • Solid understanding of finance processes (general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, cash management).

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision.

  • A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.

  • Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.

  • Aptitude for, and enjoyment of working in teams.

  • Oracle ERP Cloud certifications (or progress toward them) are a plus.

  • Oracle AI Agent Studio experience is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.

The estimated base salary for this job is $145,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $166,750- $212,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
