As a Senior Product Associate in Corporate Investment Banking Payments, you will be an integral part of the team scaling the Payments Developer Portal. Influencing technical buyers is a strategic focus for the firm, and a specific area of focus for the Payments business. The Payments Developer Portal is the strategic platform connecting developers to our products and services with the vision and roadmap to deliver frictionless developer experiences at every stage of the buying lifecycle.

As a Senior Product Associate in Corporate Investment Banking Payments, you will be an integral part of the team scaling the Payments Developer Portal. Job responsibilities
- Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
- Identifies SDLC improvement opportunities and designs solutions to implement
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
- Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
- Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Product management experience for technical products built for engineers (e.g., developer portals, APIs, API infrastructure)
- Proficiency with agile frameworks and demonstrated experience on product teams using the agile methodology
- Demonstrated ability to organize and facilitate meetings with partners and stakeholders of various levels
- Demonstrated ability to recognize strategic direction and define a personal roadmap
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Prior experience working with APIs and/or developer portals
- Prior experience as a software engineer
- Prior experience as an Agile professional
- Preferred industry experience in Payments
- Preferred experience with Financial Technology
