The Digital Analytics Manager is responsible for driving the evolution of our marketing, reporting, and analytics program. This role owns end-to-end marketing performance analytics, ensuring data integrity, standardized measurement, and clear visibility into campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and return on investment.

The Digital Analytics Manager will design and scale analytics frameworks, dashboards, and advanced measurement solutions - including attribution, experimentation, and marketing mix modeling - to support data-driven decision-making and investment optimization. The role plays a critical part in building and evolving the underlying data and analytics infrastructure, enabling automation, self-service reporting, and real-time performance insights.

The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of marketing data systems with a passion for analytics automation, process efficiency, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategy and drive growth.

  • Salary: *$100,000-$125,000 annually + annual performance bonus

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:

  • Own end-to-end performance measurement across marketing channels, ensuring measurement integrity through standardized tracking, attribution, and data governance practices.
  • Design, implement, and evolve scalable marketing analytics and reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility into campaign performance, pipeline contribution, ROI, and overall business impact.
  • Synthesize campaign, user, and channel-level data from multiple platforms to generate actionable insights that guide decision-making on key challenges and inform new strategic initiatives.
  • Translate complex analyses and present clear, concise, data-driven strategic recommendations to marketing leadership.
  • Lead advanced measurement initiatives, including attribution modeling, marketing mix modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, and experimentation, to evaluate channel effectiveness and inform marketing strategies.
  • Partner with data and technology teams to evolve infrastructure supporting analytics and reporting automation.
  • Develop, automate, and standardize dashboards and reporting solutions to improve the accuracy and timeliness of insights across the Marketing organization.
  • Champion analytics automation and innovation, improving analytics methodologies and data quality, identifying opportunities to streamline data pipelines and reporting workflows, enhancing real-time performance visibility, and leveraging emerging capabilities, including AI-driven analytics, to increase efficiency and reliability.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree & 5+ years’ directly related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, growth strategy, or a related analytical function.
  • Advanced proficiency in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis using SQL, advanced Excel, and related analytical tools.
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing measurement, including digital tracking frameworks (GTM, UTMs, pixels, cookies, conversion APIs), funnel analytics, pipeline attribution, and campaign performance analysis.
  • A strong background in experimental design (A/B testing, multivariate, etc.), statistical analysis, multi-touch attribution methodologies, incrementality testing, modeling techniques, and ROI optimization.
  • Advanced data visualization and storytelling capabilities, with hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
  • Proficiency with marketing and analytics platforms, including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and affiliate marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to distill complexity into clarity.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and present to executive audiences.
  • Experience working with FP&A to develop marketing financial models, forecasts, and budget allocation frameworks.
  • Relevant certifications, advanced coursework, or demonstrated applied expertise in analytics, experimentation, or marketing measurement.
  • Proven ability to independently identify key questions, lead marketing analyses, and clearly and concisely present findings to leadership.
