As a Digital Analytics Consultant, you will report to the Project Lead and follow an action plan to deliver various project outputs, ensuring the quality of web analytics data and its accurate interpretation during client sessions. You will be responsible for the content, format, and overall quality of deliverables while monitoring their operational and technical implementation. Understanding customer needs, you will articulate the business value of projects alongside technical considerations, all while respecting deadlines. Your expertise in cloud environments and digital analytics solutions will be essential, as you collaborate with clients and internal teams to align technical architecture with business objectives.

  • Design and implement data architectures and pipelines for cloud and digital analytics projects.
  • Deliver hands-on technical services including cloud migration, data transformation, data warehousing, data visualization, and advanced data analytics.
  • Set up CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows to ensure seamless integration of cloud infrastructure and data pipelines across environments.
  • Streamline and automate processes to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the digital analytics platform.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop digital strategies, monitor digital behavior through key performance indicators, and optimize onsite conversions and online media buying.
  • Develop expertise in conversion optimization and online media buying topics to meet client needs effectively.
  • Utilize cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure to conduct in-depth data analysis and generate actionable insights.
  • Use data visualization to create and maintain interactive dashboards that effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Work with client teams to design the technical architecture for marketing tool ecosystems to implement new consumer experience and marketing use cases.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to scope typical machine learning and AI project requirements and communicate technical deliverables in an understandable manner for clients and stakeholders.
  • Work with the Global Engineering team to develop and execute proofs of concept for cloud and data projects, showcasing solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master's degree from a top-tier university is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • 1-3 years of experience in web analytics and tag management systems (GTM, DTM/Adobe Launch, Tealium IQ).
  • Experience in consulting firms or digital/media agencies is preferred.
  • Solid project delivery experience in an international context with both business and technology stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in microservices and API development using Java and Python.
  • Knowledge and experience in Big Data, Data Science, and Cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with website and application development, tracking, and version control.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices, containerization, and Agile methodologies.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and translate complex technical concepts into layman’s terms.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and possessing strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and a demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively.
  • A team player with a strong interest in new technologies and innovation trends.
  • Professional cloud certification holder (GCP, AWS, Azure) is highly desirable.
