We’re seeking a highly accomplished and flexible instructor to join our team as a Per Diem Pharmacy Technician Instructor for our 15-week program. This is a fully remote 1099 contract role, ideal for educators looking to make an impact while maintaining a flexible schedule.

What You’ll Do:

  • Teach highly-engaging live classes over Zoom twice a week (morning and evenings available).

  • Grade student projects and provide feedback as necessary.

  • Engage with students daily via email and SMS, inspiring them and guiding them through graduation.

  • Join weekly meetings to receive guidance and direction from the internal team at Stepful

  • Provide ongoing support, trouble-shoot issues, prepare and plan for future modules, as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience teaching Pharmacy or Pharmacy Technician online, with knowledge of course development, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising

  • 3 years of experience working as a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician

  • Pharmacy or Pharmacy Technician Certification ideally with a Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience with digital tools for teaching in either online or blended/hybrid formats

  • Experience teaching adult students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

  • Stellar writing and communication skills

  • Ability to work 7-10 hours per week per class taught

Compensation: $30–$36/hour (1099 Contract)

Schedule: Hours will vary based on coverage needs and program demand.
