Turnkey is a key management API optimized for security, flexibility, and ease-of-use. Founded by the leaders who scaled Coinbase Custody from 0 to a $100M+ ARR business, Turnkey is rewriting the rules of crypto infrastructure by tackling core security at its foundational level. We are building a platform that empowers developers to unlock the next wave of mass-market crypto applications, solving the challenge of secure, flexible key management.

Much like AWS transformed computing with the advent of cloud, Turnkey is the trustless, transparent, and decentralized infrastructure that will transform development in crypto.

• Develop and own best practices for managing production infrastructure: provisioning, application scaling, configuration management, capacity planning, monitoring, etc.

• Develop infrastructure to manage and deploy applications in secure enclaves

• Develop thoughtful deployment processes and infrastructure to reduce the risks inherent in the software development lifecycle

• Improve operations across our infrastructure and systems including deployment, logging, monitoring, and alerting

• Assist in scaling out a world-class engineering team

• 5+ years experience as a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer

• Experience working with AWS, GCP, or other other cloud providers

• An understanding of modern application architectures with opinions on how they should be developed and deployed

• Experience working in extremely security-conscious environments

• A healthy amount of paranoia :)

• People who think that Web3 / cryptocurrency has the potential to radically change the world for the better and a sincere desire to help facilitate that change

• Experience developing against TEEs, HSMs, and other secure computing environments

• A deep understanding of the Linux operating system and how to reduce the surface area of applications deployed on top of it

• Expertise in threshold signing systems and a desire to stay on the cutting edge of production-grade cryptography

• Actively tracking developments in the crypto ecosystem and opinionated on where it is going
