Description

Join Revive Media to help advertisers across the country scale their localized ads. Our business is in the midst of transforming from a services agency to a product-led business with a our new native platform. This new platform is currently used internally and will need support to drive adoption across the organization before pivoting to sell it more broadly in the future.

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will play a critical role in the health, scalability, and automation of our platform infrastructure. You'll be responsible for streamlining deployments, improving monitoring and observability, and ensuring high availability in a modern cloud environment.

We are a remote-first culture and virtual team of high-performing professionals with diverse backgrounds located across many time zones, including North America, Europe, and Asia. We prioritize asynchronous communication and documentation but come together as a team to solve hard problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the overall health, scalability, and performance of our distributed platforms
  • Improve and maintain logging, alerting, and monitoring systems to ensure visibility across our infrastructure
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for .NET web APIs and applications
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, and security teams on cross-functional initiatives
  • Build and manage infrastructure using best practices with a strong focus on security and compliance (SOC 2 environments)
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for systems and processes
  • Identify and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps or software engineering roles
  • Strong experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure design
  • Proficient with YAML-based CI/CD pipelines and tools (preferably Azure DevOps)
  • Experience deploying and managing .NET web APIs and applications
  • Strong understanding of Git workflows and version control best practices
  • Proficient with Docker and containerization strategies
  • Experience with observability tools such as Sentry, New Relic, Datadog, or similar
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL in production environments
  • Understanding of modern web service architectures and best practices
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
  • Security-first mindset (DevSecOps), with experience in SOC 2-compliant environments considered a plus
Nice to Haves
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ECS/EKS or Kubernetes
  • Exposure to performance tuning and cost optimization strategies in AWS
  • Experience in a startup environment (<100 employees)

Revive Media provides the wage it reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for all remote roles and as otherwise required by applicable law. The expected annual base pay for this role is $140k-$160k. Actual compensation may vary within the listed range based on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, and specific geographic location. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees and does not include equity and variable pay.
