We are looking for a device engineer who will be responsible for developing BCD process technologies for power products. Key responsibilities will include TCAD simulation of new process fabrication steps and device design, test structure layout and characterization, lab measurement and statistical data analysis.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $108,800 to $149,600.

• Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

• This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
