Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
  • Work directly with CIB Development Officer Leaders and key partners in support of: All initiatives and projects associated with the development and implementation of designing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure workforce effectiveness, engagement, and productivity.
  • Align metrics with strategic goals of Corporate & Investment Banking Enablement.
  • Collect, validate, and interpret data related to talent acquisition, retention, diversity, performance, and development.
  • Identify trends and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Build and Maintain Reporting Dashboards: Create interactive dashboards and models using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, scalable, and updated regularly with accurate data.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor performance of existing KPIs and dashboards. Recommend enhancements and new metrics to improve workforce analytics maturity.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years in one or a combination of the following: human resources, Talent or Leadership Development, or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience
  • The ideal candidate should have a passion for employee engagement talent planning and enhancing their overall experience
  • Should have strong understanding of workforce data, the ability to translate complex metrics into meaningful visualizations, and a passion for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will help shape how we measure and communicate the impact of our people, enabling smarter decisions and stronger outcomes across our capital markets and business execution initiatives.
Desired Qualifications:
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint suite with power platform tools can be a plus
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
  • Strong hands-on experience on tools like Power BI, Tableau and Alteryx
  • Preferably in Sales & Trading or Markets-based environment
  • Experience in talent development or other human resources discipline
  • Experience building dashboards in various effectively communicating with leadership
  • Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
  • Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships

The Markets division within Corporate and Investment Banking is seeking a strategic and technically skilled professional to join our Corporate & Investment Banking Enablement team, specializing in human capital analytics. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) that quantify workforce effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in HR reporting and human capital metrics, along with hands-on experience building dashboards and analytical models using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. They will collaborate closely with HR, analytics, and technology teams to ensure data integrity, streamline reporting processes, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
