We’re looking for a highly versatile developer who wants to become the go-to problem solver for one of our founders. This role is unique: you won’t just be coding in a narrow lane—you’ll be applying your technical skills across a wide variety of projects, from workflow automations and systems integration to operations and experimental side initiatives.
Think of this as a hybrid between developer, solution architect, and operator. You’ll be trusted with high-visibility tasks, given the freedom to learn and adapt, and expected to bring structure and accuracy to challenges that don’t always come with clear instructions.
What You’ll Do- Build and maintain workflow automations (using n8n and other tools).
- Connect systems together, integrate APIs, and design lightweight solutions.
- Research, test, and implement new tools and frameworks.
- Apply technical knowledge to projects spanning business operations, finance, and experimental initiatives.
- Take ownership of tasks, ensuring precision, focus, and follow-through.
- Work directly with a founder—your contributions will matter immediately.
- Exposure to a wide range of challenges—technical, operational, and strategic.
- A role that values focus, accuracy, and curiosity over bureaucracy.
- A chance to grow much faster than in a traditional junior dev role.
Everything To Gain is a technical RevOps firm founded by operators who’ve scaled startups and know the friction first-hand. Most companies wrestle with messy tools, siloed systems, and manual workarounds that slow growth—we fix that.
Our team acts as the general contractors of the digital era, designing and building the infrastructure behind sales, marketing, and finance. From CRMs and marketing automation to billing, data, and custom workflows, we connect systems, automate the repetitive, and create operations that scale.
Because we hire developers first and train them in RevOps, we solve tougher problems, move faster, and deliver solutions that actually work together. Our mission is simple: modernize how companies operate so they can grow without friction.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
- A strong technical foundation (any programming language is fine).
- An intensely curious mindset—you love learning how things work and finding better ways to do them.
- Ability to work with deep concentration and maintain accuracy, even with complex or detailed tasks.
- Adaptability—comfortable shifting between different tools, domains, and project types.
- Self-starter attitude: you can move forward without hand-holding.
- Experience with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Integromat).
- Building side projects, experiments, or hacks on your own.
- Familiarity with finance, data, or structured operations.
Benefits
- Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO): We believe in work-life balance and trust our team to manage their time responsibly
- Flexible Equipment Provisioning: We’ll make sure you have the tools you need to succeed—case by case
- Commission Opportunities: Earn additional income based on the performance of accounts you manage
- Remote-First Culture: Work from wherever you’re most effective
- Collaborative Team: Join a tight-knit team where your ideas and leadership will directly shape client outcomes
