What You'll Do:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to IT Support tickets and requests for service
- Onboard and offboard accounts in Azure Active Directory and Office 365
- Image and deploy computers for new users
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
- Order equipment and maintain inventory
- Troubleshoot issues with software installations and operating systems
- Manage lifecycle of hardware and operating system versions
- Manage endpoint protection software.
- Leverage cloud technologies to improve our customer and employee experiences
- Work collaboratively with Desktop Engineering and Clinical Operations to respond to issues and facilitate onboarding in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 1 year of desktop support and/or help desk experience in a Windows environment
- A+ certification and/or related Microsoft certifications are strongly preferred
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps and MS Dynamics are strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Office 365
- Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Intune, and PowerShell
- A desire to serve others and deliver a high level of customer support
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the organization
- Solution oriented with a demonstrated passion and previous success working in technical customer support
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask appropriately within a fast-paced changing environment
- Be willing to work primarily west coast hours, regardless of location (8-5 PST)
- Be willing to shift work hours to accommodate the needs of the business/PTO of team members to ensure adequate support coverage.
- Needs to have the ability to securely store a small amount of equipment at your location as needed for deployment purposes. (Laptops & docking stations only)
- Must live in the continental United States only.
