The Opportunity

We’re looking for a creative, curious, and driven Designer to join our team!

You bring a strong grasp of visual design principles and a desire to roll up your sleeves and contribute to real client work — from websites and applications to digital campaigns that drive change. You’ll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team, turning creative direction into bold, user-centered designs that elevate both brand and user experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Design cool layouts and user interfaces for websites, apps, and campaigns.
  • Work with a team of UX designers, developers, strategists, and project managers.
  • Help out with design systems and pattern libraries.
  • Join in on design reviews and take feedback like a champ.
  • Make sure designs are super usable, accessible, and on-brand.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 2-5 years of visual or UI design experience, ideally in an agency.
  • A solid grasp of design basics: layout, typography, color, and responsive design.
  • Experience designing for digital platforms (websites, apps, etc.).
  • Be a whiz in Figma for UI design and prototyping.
  • Know a bit about accessibility and responsive design.
  • A portfolio showing off your awesome digital work, especially websites and interfaces.
  • Ability to work on your own within a creative direction 
  • Good at organizing and communicating, and can juggle multiple tasks.
  • U.S. Citizen or permanent resident with the ability to attain a Public Trust Clearance

Forum One is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the target base salary range is  $75,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, such as your qualifications, skills, experience, security clearances, certifications, and the scope of your responsibilities. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be may be modified at any time.
