Our Team:
Vista is seeking a dedicated Designer to join our Merchandising Experience (MX) organization on our large format (signage, packaging, labels) team.
We're looking for a design-savvy collaborator who focuses on our website's product pages, category pages and collection pages. This person will be part of a large global team of MX creatives (copywriters and designers), sharing work and collaborating to create cohesive, best-in-class work. You'll create and launch new pages in line with our design systems, as well as optimize existing pages. You enjoy problem-solving and working within frameworks, as well as turning stakeholder feedback or ideas into impactful design. While you'll use existing systems for much of your day-to-day work, you'll also think critically about how we can work better, faster and smarter - always keeping the customer experience top of mind.
What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including photography, video, 3D and product strategists
  • Create new pages that inform and inspire our customers about our products and customization opportunities
  • Optimize existing category and product pages, aligning to brand standards and e-commerce industry standards
  • Continually review and QA key site pages to ensure accuracy of design, flagging errors as needed
  • Validate design hypothesis through user testing and analytics
  • Keep ahead of the latest design trends and industry-standard practices
  • Make customer focus and the pursuit of creative excellence the cornerstones of all you do

Your Qualifications:
At Vista, we are striving to hire individuals that add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture. No matter your background or work experience, we strongly encourage you to apply-even if you feel that you don't meet the exact requirements or have the same qualifications. You might be a great candidate for this or other opportunities.

  • 1-2 years of design experience in e-commerce or agency environment.
  • Bachelor's degree/certificate in design, web design or related fields.
  • Have a strong understanding of e-commerce standard methodologies and website design.
  • An online portfolio of work demonstrating design excellence in typography, layout design, merchandising, and photography. A portfolio is required to apply.
  • Proficiency with the Adobe creative suite, with a focus on Photoshop and Illustrator, Figma, and other emerging design tools.
  • Experience/Interest in AI content generation.
  • Strong technical capabilities with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new platforms and technologies.
  • Enthusiastic about collaborating, brainstorming and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines and changing priorities.
