The US base salary range for this full-time position is 64,000.00 USD - 80,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What you'll do as a Designer, Experiential
- Design creative assets for live events, hospitality experiences, and premium gifting programs, delivering innovative, on-brand design solutions that elevate guest engagement.
- Own projects from concept through execution, designing across digital and print mediums including invitations, signage, packaging, and on-site collateral.
- Collaborate with design leadership, Business Development, Marketing, VIP, and Hospitality teams to bring brand strategies to life through immersive, high-impact visuals.
- Ensure all creative assets meet brand standards and maintain consistency across channels, touchpoints, and experiences.
- Partner with stakeholders to present concepts, incorporate feedback, and align design direction with business goals.
- Support product storytelling through PDP imagery and photography execution for DraftKings Shop, including holiday campaigns, league partnerships, and private-label collections.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.
- At least 2 years of experience in Graphic Design, experiential design is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator); HTML experience is a plus.
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work and demonstrating a strong understanding of modern marketing (digital, experiential, and social).
- Attention to detail with a proven ability to create award-winning creative work for major B2C brands.
