About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, multidisciplinary brand designer with strong motion and video skills to join our growing Global Brand and Communications team. You'll drive localized branding and creative strategies for Traze (Zeal Group) in the MENA region. This role ensures the alignment of global brand standards with local market needs, focusing on creative content, campaigns, and collaboration to elevate brand visibility.

You’ll design across a wide range of channels — from websites and social media to motion, print, CRM, and event materials — shaping how our brands shows up across global markets. You’re someone who thrives on variety, loves connecting strategy with execution, and takes pride in creating work that’s as intelligent as it is visually engaging.

The right person combines strategic, systems thinking with meticulous attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment where curiosity, quality, and collaboration drive everything we do.

Key responsibilities:

  • Brand Localization:
    • Adapt global brand identity to resonate with MENA audiences.
    • Deliver impactful localized creative strategies.
  • Creative Content Production: 
    • Establish and manage an in-house studio for content creation.
    • Produce high-quality localized materials (social media, campaigns, videos)
    • Work closely with the content/social media specialist to create and manage social media calendars/ banners
  • Trading Zone Development:
    • Lead the creative design and branding of the Trading Zone.
    • Utilize the Trading Zone for events, client engagement, and brand positioning.
  • Office Branding and Literature:
    • Oversee office branding initiatives and promotional materials

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4–7 years of experience as a digital or brand designer (preferably in financial services, Forex, technology, Fintech or other regulated industries)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, digital, and motion design work.
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva for collaborative template design.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a refined sense of visual hierarchy.
  • A self-starter who knows when to take initiative and when to follow direction.
  • Able to balance creativity with structure, pushing ideas forward while upholding brand integrity.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable working with cross-functional teams across regions and time zones.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple briefs and priorities with efficiency.
  • Strong motion skills and a keen sense of timing and storytelling, able to create short, on-brand animations for campaigns and socials.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience working with teams or within financial services, Forex, technology, Fintech or other regulated industries.
