Marketing is one of the largest teams at SharkNinja. The team includes Digital, Brand, D2C, Media, PR and Creative. Each team focusing on how we give our consumers the ultimate product experience. Marketing is for the person that is not afraid to dive deep and show a genuine interest into the world of Consumer Goods. These are the people that are consistently asking themselves what can we do to we make things even easier for our consumers. Marketing at SharkNinja is for the person who is never satisfied with creating anything less than the best product on the market. 

We're looking for a Designer to join SharkNinja’s Creative Team. The ideal candidate should be versatile and able to design, think, and work across all platforms, print and digital.

The ideal candidate is curious, eager to learn, and energetic. As a member of the Creative Department, the Designer will develop designs for New Product Development (NPD), including any in-store instances (packaging and displays) and online presence (retail storytelling pages, email, social). Our Creative Department is involved in every step of product development and marketing, so being able to tell stories collaboratively and iteratively from prototype to on-shelf and online is a must. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design product story concepts/manifestos, packaging and in-store displays, in-box collateral, marketing campaigns with senior creative oversight
• Support growing e-comm business in direct to consumer promotional campaign assets (email, social, display)
• Support department when needed across a range of projects (while primary focus is product creative, there may be times when they need to roll up their sleeves and help with things like presentations and internal initiatives)

• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take action in the face of ambiguity, good problem-solving skills
• Open to being challenged and believes constructive feedback drives better results and outcomes

Qualifications:

• 2+ years agency or creative department experience
• A portfolio with a demonstration of creative problem-solving skills across digital and print
• Experience working with print files and preparing for production
• Knowledge of current digital trends across social and display, experience with promotional marketing a plus
• Proficient with the Adobe CS family of programs
• Understanding of PowerPoint and other presentation applications
