The Design Operations Specialist will manage design projects, facilitate team meetings, document processes, and support organization within the design team.
We're a creative team that thrives on collaboration and design thinking. To keep our work flowing and our ideas fresh, we’re looking for a Design Operations Specialist. Your job will be to help us stay focused, organized, and equipped to do great design work—by managing projects, improving workflows, and creating clear documentation.

This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our office in Tempe, AZ.
What you get to do everyday!
- Manage design projects from start to finish—set timelines, track progress, and raise flags early when something might cause delays.
- Facilitate team meetings (like daily check-ins, planning, and reviews) to keep work moving and aligned.
- Create and maintain templates and tools to improve how we plan and deliver design work.
- Document processes and decisions clearly so everyone—across design, engineering, and product—can understand and use them.
- Remove roadblocks that prevent the design team from focusing on their creative work.
- Support team organization, both for day-to-day operations and long-term planning.

What skills do you need?
- Experience working in Agile teams, especially using tools like Jira to manage work.
- Strong organization and documentation skills—you enjoy making information easy to find and understand.
- Great communicator and collaborator—comfortable working across design, product, and engineering.
- Appreciation for design—you may not be a designer yourself, but you understand creative workflows.
- Experience using Figma, Miro, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
